Order & Shipping Details

Processing & Shipping: Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday). Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 5–7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email after ordering, followed by an email with tracking details once your order ships. Shipping methods: depending on the destination, parcels are delivered by DHL, FedEx or UPS.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed before 16:00 (EST) to be processed within the stated timeframe.

Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders within the United States. Your order should arrive within 6–9 working days (Monday–Friday), including processing and transit.

Delays: If your order hasn't arrived within this period, please allow an extra 3 working days before reaching out. Should further delays occur, contact us at info@rainwick.com.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, email us at info@rainwick.com as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been prepared for dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, email photos of the issue to info@rainwick.com and we will promptly send the correct item.
